Quest Outdoors opened its doors in the fall of 1983 in a 2,000 square foot store on Breckinridge Lane in Louisville, KY. The intervening years have seen the original store grow substantially then in 2003 the Summit location opened up and, after outgrowing its first location, moved a few doors down to where it currently operates. In 2011 we branched out again with the opening of our third and largest location in the Shelbyville Road Plaza, marking our return to the St. Matthews area of Louisville.
Since its inception Quest has provided Louisville and the surrounding region the best selection of quality outdoor gear and clothing from the most innovative suppliers. Quest is still locally owned and is proud to be a part of the greater Kentucky and Indiana area.
