Refund policy
General Returns:

All returns must include the original receipt.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

Returns and exchanges for non-sale items must be made within 90 days of receiving your order.

Items discounted 10% to 49% must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

All sales are final on items discounted 50% or more—these cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Used or washed items cannot be returned and will be sent back with no refund.
Return Instructions:
Log into your customer account to set up the return and print a shipping label, or contact us at orders@questoutdoors.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will email a return shipping label at no cost.

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will provide a pre-paid return label.

Any order discrepancies or damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
