Refund policy

General Returns:

  • All returns must include the original receipt.

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns and exchanges for non-sale items must be made within 90 days of receiving your order.

  • Items discounted 10% to 49% must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • All sales are final on items discounted 50% or more—these cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items (for safety and hygiene reasons):

  • Climbing equipment

  • Food

  • Swimwear

  • Underwear

  • Used or washed items cannot be returned and will be sent back with no refund.


Return Instructions:

Log into your customer account to set up the return and print a shipping label, or contact us at orders@questoutdoors.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.  We will email a return shipping label at no cost.

Include the following in your return package:

  • The item(s) in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging

  • A copy of your receipt

  • Your order number

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll notify you by email.


Return Shipping Details:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will provide a pre-paid return label.

  • Any order discrepancies or damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges:
We cannot guarantee item availability and do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different item:

  1. Return your original purchase following the return instructions above.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item.
    Alternatively, feel free to visit our store for an in-person exchange.
