The Altra Olympus 6 is not fully waterproof.
It uses breathable mesh uppers designed for ventilation and quick drying rather than water sealing. They handle dew, splashes, and light moisture well, but if you step into a creek, they’ll let you know. (Altra focuses more on drainage and breathability than waterproof membranes.)
