Black Diamond Vaporlock Twistlock Carabiner

An ultralight locking carabiner that’s ideal for long free climbs and slimming your rack, the VaporLock Twistlock adds an extra layer of security without compromising weight.  

The Black Diamond VaporLock Twistlock is our lightest autolocking carabiner.

Used with a belay device, it adds extra friction for rappelling and lowering; it can also be used with a PAS or as part of an anchor for extra security.

• Made of 7075 aluminum containing 25% pre-consumer recycled aluminum.
• Increases friction up to 30% when lowering or rappelling with an ATC 
• Munter hitch compatible on ropes up to 9.4 mm 
• Keylock nose prevents snagging
