All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns and exchanges of non sale items must be made within 30 days of receiving your package and must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Items marked down 10% to 49% must be returned within 7 days of receiving order. All sales are final on items marked down 50% or more (These terms do not apply to items purchased during the "extended holiday return" period). Refunds will be given based on original payment method.
Used or washed items cannot be returned. The merchandise will be sent back with no refund.
If your original order included a shipping charge, we cannot refund the shipping.

RETURN SHIPMENT: Ship the product back, in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging, along with a copy of your receipt as well as your order number. We will notify you once we have received your return. If you have questions regarding the return process for an online order you can call toll free 1-855-206-6559 (in-store purchases please call 502-290-4589). Customers are responsible for return postage, except in the event of human error (receiving an item that differs from the order), or defective product, in which case we will provide a pre-paid return label. If human error is not concluded as the reason for return after return shipping has been supplied then the amount paid for return shipping will be deducted from the merchandise refund. Manufacturer's defects discovered within the applicable return period (excludes warranty claims) will be granted free return shipping (only for online purchases, does not apply to in-store purchases).  Order discrepancy's or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of placing order. Items purchased between November 15 and December 6 will be granted an extended holiday return period. These items must however be returned by January 7 of the new year. Items returned outside of the appropriate time period will be returned to the address on file without a refund and without further notice.
Exchanges: We are not able to guarantee inventory, so we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you want to exchange your product for another item, please return your original purchase and create a new order OR feel free to come into our store.
