Order total must exceed $99 prior to tax or shipping charges. Any free shipping rates are for US orders within the 48 contiguous states. Hawaii & Alaska orders may be subject to additional charges not displayed in the checkout screen, you will be contacted before any additional charges are processed if your order meets this criteria. Restrictions may apply to bulky, long, oversized, or excessively heavy items. These orders may also incur additional charges for which you will be notified of potential shipping options. We do not ship internationally. We reserve the right to not ship to any PO Box (including DPO, FPO, or APO boxes) or intermediary distributor (we ship direct to our customers, not to a forwarding service).
If your original order included a shipping charge we cannot refund it. We do not provide return shipping for exchanges or returns.
Most orders ship within 24 hours, however, a high volume of orders in our queue may delay shipments. Orders placed using UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3-Day Select shipping options must be placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time to guarantee same day delivery otherwise they may ship the next day. No weekend pick-ups or delivery will occur for any shipping method. Orders will only ship Monday through Friday, we do not offer any options for Saturday delivery. If shipping speed chosen reflects a Saturday delivery it will be carried over to the following Monday. Pick-ups and deliveries will only occur on business days, please see UPS holiday schedules to determine whether a holiday will affect delivery speed. Any order placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time will likely not ship until the following Monday. No guarantees are made on delivery time using UPS Ground Shipping. Emails used during the checkout process will be sent tracking information. In the event tracking information is not received please contact us and we will be more than happy to pass the information along once more. We cannot assist with stolen packages, our only method of verifying the package locations are through tracking numbers, please contact UPS in the event you need to make a claim. For gift card orders that select UPS ground shipping we reserve the right to ship your order USPS first class which will not allow for a tracking number to be provided. If this happens your shipping charge will be waived.
